When you purchase an item from our online store, we collect the information you provide us with regards to your name, address, phone number, E-mail address and information about the product(s) you purchased. We do this to be able to offer you the best customer service possible. Additionally, you will automatically be enrolled in our E-mail newsletter which provides you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise and other store-related events. But of course, you have the option to add or remove yourself from our list at any time. Security: Your credit card number is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. When you place a telephone order, after processing your payment, the credit card information will be immediately shredded. When you purchase online, your payment information will be automatically processed, so we don't see your credit card information.   • At this time, Laurie and Lisa Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Taxes Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped within Arizona (8.1%)

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Laurie and Lisa Designs reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Please note that we will gladly exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us in writing (E-mail LaurieandLisa@aol.com), or call us at 520-429-0449 to arrange for return shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made or special order items.

  • Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm Arizona, U.S.A. time (GMT-7), With the exception of holidays, we will ship your order during these times. We will most likely ship your order within 48 hours of the time it is received. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing, in the event we have to make your jewelry. When your order is shipped, we'll send you an E-mail confirmation. If you require a rush order, there may be an additional shipping charge according to the time-line in which you need your jewelry.

When returning a piece, please wrap it securely and return it with shipping prepaid. We recommend insuring the package for the value of the item(s).
